Questions
Can I cancel?
Trained, any time, from your account. It runs to the end of the period you paid for. Founding 100, email us for a full refund any time before your order ships.
Can I return it?
All sales are final unless an item is defective or wrong. Email us a photo or video of the problem within 7 days of delivery. If a defect shows up later, still email us.
How does saving work?
Pick a design, colour and size on the Drop page, any time from now. It's held for you, unpaid, until 24 hours after pre-orders open. We email your pay link when your early access starts. If you don't pay in time, it goes back on sale.
Will the price go up?
Membership prices will rise over time. Yours won't: join Trained at $60 a year and you pay $60 a year for as long as you stay a member.
Can I get Founding 100 later?
No. It's sold only until Drop 01 closes, and only 100 numbers exist.
How do points work?
Every 100 points is $10 off, at every level. What changes is how many you earn: 0.5 points per $1 as a Member, 1 with Trained or Founding 100.
What earns points?
Clothes, after discounts. Shipping, tax and memberships earn none. That includes the $300 for Founding 100, shirts included. Clothes you buy after that earn 1 point per $1. Points round down on each order. Refunds take back their points.
Do points expire?
After 12 months without earning or redeeming points.
