Cancellation policy

Trained membership. Trained is a paid membership, billed as a subscription: $15 a month or $60 a year, plus any tax.

Renewal. It renews automatically at the same price, every month or every year, on the payment method you checked out with, until you cancel.

Cancelling. Cancel any time from your account. You keep Trained until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund the rest of a period you've already paid for, unless the law requires it.

Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we try again up to 3 times, 7 days apart, and email you. If it still fails, your membership is cancelled.

Price. Your price stays the same for as long as you stay a member. If you cancel and rejoin later, you pay the price at that time.

Founding 100 is paid once and doesn't renew. You can cancel it for a full refund any time before it ships.
