Shipping policy

We ship from Los Angeles to the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and South Korea, with tracking.

Rates. In the US, standard is $8, and free over $70. Express is $15. Trained and Founding 100 members get free standard US shipping. Outside the US, the rate depends on weight and checkout shows the exact price: Canada from $22, Australia and New Zealand from $25, Japan and South Korea from $23. Express only speeds up delivery after it ships. It doesn't change when it ships.

Import charges. Outside the US, prices don't include import taxes, duties or carrier fees. If they apply, you pay them to the carrier on delivery.

Pre-orders. Drop 01 and Founding 100 are pre-orders, so they ship after pre-orders close. You pay when you order. Tracking comes by email. If your order is delayed, we email you first and you can cancel for a full refund.
